Our factory is located in the Industrial area of SINDOS, just 10 Km away Thessaloniki in the Northern part of Greece. The production is almost fully automated, with a production capacity of 13.000 castors / day
More specific, some of our equipment which our factory includes is:
- 600 tn press
- 400 tn press
- Fully automated zinc plating department with 15 positions
- Fully automatic assembling machine (assembling the supports) with robotic pick and place
- Automatic wheel assembling machine (assembling the support with the wheel)
Our entire production is fully controlled by an MRP software program, where we can have a full surveillance and traceability of the production in every step.
